They give you 12 hours to transcribe one hour of audio not accounting for number of speakers, quality of audio, etc. This is all right if it is only an hour or so. However, if it is a three hour audio file you only have 36 hours to transcribe it. They don’t account for time to sleep or rest with the longer files. I did contact them about this and got no response.

The inconsistent findings regarding telework and satisfaction may be explained by a more complicated relationship. Presumably because of the effects of autonomy, initial job satisfaction increases as the amount of telecommuting increases; however, as the individual telecommutes more, declines in feedback and task significance lead job satisfaction to level off and decrease slightly.[81] Thus, the amount of time teleworking influences the relationship between telework and job satisfaction. I’m in a difficult position because I’m currently unable to walk or stand for more than a few minutes at a time (or even less) due to a weird issue with flat feet and also I have carpel tunnel in my wrists. Which means an at home job where I can sit is absolutely necessary, but the amount of typing I can do at one time is also limited. There might be work-arounds to the wrist-stuff with speech to text programs and the like, but the sitting thing is non-negotiable. I am trying to solve my problems related to disability, but in the meantime if I can find some source of income, that would be wonderful.
